The event takes place in honour of the life and work of the artist, who sadly passed away on November 10, 2023. Alongside readings from the publication, the afternoon will be framed by a conversation between the artist Maximiliane Baumgartner, who produced an extensive interview with Margaret Raspé together with the collective Florida in 2016, and the artist Ann Noël, a long-time friend of Raspé. The event will be hosted by the co-editors of the book, Anna Gritz and Eva Wilson, and will feature screenings of Margaret Raspé’s digitized Super 8 film Self-Portrait and Vice Versa from 1979 and Chantal Ackerman’s Ma Chambre, 1972.
